The office is upstairs with the staircase fronting W 1st St (next to Celestinos). Morgan is inside the Chico Free Spirit Center on your left when coming up the stairs.
If stairs are a problem, there is an elevator in the courtyard beyond the staircase.
Parking is paid street parking, and especially during the school year it can be full. There is a parking garage on Salem St between 3rd and 4th streets, and free street parking starting at Normal and 3rd St. Please give yourself extra time to find parking.
