The sling of muscles at the bottom of the pelvis - or the pelvic floor - are often overlooked, but they are a very important piece of a woman’s full-body health. A small amount of knowledge about your pelvic floor is empowering and gives you more control over your life.
This class debunks common assumptions about the pelvic floor and women’s health (no, leaking pee or painful intercourse are not just part of “being a woman”) and teaches simple exercises and breathing techniques so you can fully embody your pelvis. Over six weeks you will experience changes in your back and pelvis (migraines can even have their root in the pelvis), reduce or eliminate leaking or urgency, and have a much deeper understanding of your body. The pelvic floor holds many keys to unlocking the full potential of your body and your presence; this class will give you these keys!
This particular course is for women only, and open any levels of experience or knowledge.
