6-Week Class: Take Control of Your Bladder and Pelvic Floor Health

Let’s be real: You don’t want to leak pee, right? It’s actually way more common than you think, but it’s not something you have to just accept. Whether you’ve had kids or haven’t, are a woman or even a man—bladder urgency and leaking aren’t a normal part of life. And no, doing Kegels all day long isn’t always the solution.

Your pelvic floor—the group of muscles at the bottom of your pelvis—does way more than we often realize. It’s connected to everything from bladder and bowel control to your lower back and hips. If you’re someone who’s always stressing about finding a bathroom, this class can help with that mental load too.

In this 6-week class, you’ll learn simple, effective exercises that can actually make a difference in how your pelvic floor functions, and the 6-week format also gives you follow through and consistency to make the changes. It’s not just about fixing leaks—it’s about improving your overall health, mobility, and even relieving tension in your lower back and hips.

Please note - these are small, intimate classes of no more than 5 people so you will receive individual attention and guidance necessary to see results tailored to your needs. And at $30 per hour, this is an affordable way to make lasting changes to your pelvic health with personalized instruction.

Morgan Perry is an osteopath with over 20 years of experience in bodywork and movement education. She will guide you through an integrated, whole-body approach that goes beyond just the pelvic floor muscles. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience with fitness, this class is designed for all levels.

This class is for anyone who’s ready to take control of their body and stop letting bladder issues or pelvic tension hold them back.

Dates: 6 Tuesdays, 5-6:15pm starting March 4th. (skipping March 25th, and running unil April 15th)
