Leaking pee is not something you just have to accept. Whether you've had children or not, are a woman or a man, bladder urgency and leaking are not normal parts of life. This 6-week Pelvic Floor Series focuses on balancing your pelvic floor, improving bladder health, easing tension in your lower back and hips, and much, much more. 

As an osteopath, Morgan brings a deeper understanding of how systems like digestion and nervous system regulation affect your pelvic floor health. But beyond exercises, this course will help you truly listen to your body, understand its messages, and empower you to reconnect with yourself. It’s about building confidence, creating lasting changes, and providing the ongoing support needed to make these changes stick.

With only 5 people per class, you’ll get personal attention and support to make real progress in a safe and supportive space. By the end of the series, you’ll have a solid understanding of your pelvic floor, you’ll gain the tools needed to manage and reduce incontinence, and leave each class feeling empowered, more confident and more aligned. 

This isn’t just a quick fix—it’s a journey to better health, mobility, and alignment with your body. I look forward to seeing you in class!
