This class focuses on mobilizing the major organs and nervous centers of digestions. Through gentle release and awareness you will learn how to keep your gut moving, bring yourself to a parasympathetic state to encourage digestion, and what you might be doing daily that contributes to gas, bloat, reflux and much more.
Suitable for all fitness levels. There is floor work required for this class, so please let Morgan know if you need assistance to get on or off the floor.
