This workshop is dedicated to understanding and giving relief to your overworked neck, shoulders and upper body.
This class goes beyond releasing tight muscles and teaches you why they become tight in the first place. You will also learn what daily habits contribute pain and how to change them, and how bring awareness and relief to the internal organs that can be contributing to your discomforts. Through soft release and simple exercises, you will learn a whole new way to live in your body!
